Abstract

The article is based on the content analysis of journalistic articles written by Fabiana Moraes that reflects on racism in the judiciary of Pernambuco from the story of three black men accused of involvement in bicycle theft of urban mobility application in the city of Recife, correlating it with the analytical concept of Amefricanity brought by Lélia Gonzalez and the ideas of epistemic disobedience and identity in walter mignolo's politics. Starting from this analysis that connects the content of the report with the concepts listed, notes are developed on the importance of guiding the structural racism present in the Pernambuco and Brazilian judiciary
