Vol. 3 No. 2 (2021): Law and Technology: access to justice, pandemics and network services

In a context of globalization and information society, technological resources are increasingly present in social reality, a situation that has repercussions in the legal sphere. From this perspective, the relations between law and technology are sharply closer, which causes transformations in private and public sectors that are compound the Justice System. The objective of this thematic dossier is to bring together, in the various areas of Law, contributions on legal themes about the dialogue between law and technology, considering the contemporary challenges related to access to justice and network services, especially with regard to scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic's.
